SI (Marine or Tech) and Master 2 Months
2: Moderate RWC or Injury requiring Medical treatment ashore (MTC), Disciplinary action due to breach of company policies. Repair requiring external assistance, Critical Equipment failure, Dispensation Spill on deck < 1m³ but retained on board Burglary, damage and theft. Cyber-incident rendering vessel IT equipment in-operational. Off-hire, Loss 10K-50K$ As early as possible by telephone but not later than 1 hour to SI and followed by an email. SI (Marine or Tech) and Master 1 Month
1: Minor Simple First Aid or NLTI Equipment breakdowns, defects repairable by ship staff Accidental discharge within containment Security incident, Breach of vessel security arrangements Loss <10K $ As early as possible by telephone but not later than 2 hours to SI and followed by an email.
