1 APPLICATION
This document applies to Masters, Navigating Officers, and Watch Keepers onboard vessels managed by Company.
2 PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to specify principles for implementation of Company Management System (CMS), Planned Maintenance System, other IT applications and equipment onboard.
3 REQUIREMENTS
- Plan Maintenance Systems DSM, are standard IT applications used to support the key operational processes onboard.
- Any request for changes of hardware, software, and systems onboard must be forwarded to Vessel IT dept. Vessel IT will acknowledge any possibility and time schedule to complete approved changes in coordination with the Vessel Manager (TSI) and Purchaser in-charge.

5 IT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION ONBOARD
- Vessel IT will ensure Company IT Standard application is implemented onboard.
- Replication between ship to shore must occur for data updating.
- Test and show to the officer onboard the standard IT application.
- PMS is usually implemented at a later stage (3-6 months) after the takeover or once the database is constructed.
- Vessel IT will coordinate with various third-party providers to ensure systems work as intended.
